Governor Douglas has proposed his own magical budget that slashes jobs and undercuts the the quality of life in our state.

He didn't like the one that the legislature worked so hard to produce this year - one that preserves as many jobs as possible, while cutting vital services no more than necessary.

His legions of paid consultants have started flooding the media with misleading stories about how his budget isn't just the perfect solution to everything that ails us, it's also a dessert topping AND a floor wax!

Since most people don't follow politics, their primary exposure to the budget issue is going to be through their local media.

That's where YOU come in.
